At Krazee.ai ("Krazee," "we," "our," or "us"), you can request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how.

How to Request Deletion

To request that we delete your personal data, email us at admin@krazee.ai from the email address associated with your Krazee account.

Please include the following so we can locate and verify your account:

• The email address on your Krazee account
• Your name or organization name, if applicable
• A short description of what you would like deleted (your entire account, or specific data)

Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" so we can route it quickly.

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request.
• We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
• Once verified, we will delete the personal data associated with your account, except where we are required to retain certain information to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
• We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Depending on your request, deletion may include:

• Your account and profile information
• Uploaded content such as images, videos, audio, and documents
• Brand assets and AI-generated content
• Connected third-party account tokens and permissions

Some records may be retained in backups for a limited period before being fully purged, and anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be kept.

Disconnecting Social Accounts

If you connected a social platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, or X), you can revoke Krazee's access at any time through your account settings or through that platform's own authorization settings. You may also request deletion of the associated data by emailing us as described above.
