Welcome to Krazee.ai ("Krazee," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krazee.ai website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Services.

By using Krazee, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • The information you provide is accurate and current.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.

3. The Services

Krazee provides AI-powered tools for generating and managing digital content, including but not limited to:

  • Text generation
  • Image generation and editing
  • Video generation and editing
  • Audio generation
  • Brand management
  • Marketing content creation
  • Social media publishing
  • AI workflows and automation

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. User Content

"User Content" includes any prompts, text, images, videos, audio, documents, logos, branding, or other material you upload, submit, or create using the Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the Services, you grant Krazee a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes such as backups or dispute resolution.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by artificial intelligence may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, or relying upon it.

Krazee does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy
  • Originality
  • Legal compliance
  • Copyright availability
  • Commercial suitability
  • Fitness for any particular purpose

6. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all software, source code, trademarks, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and other intellectual property associated with Krazee remain the exclusive property of Krazee or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant ownership of our intellectual property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including social media providers and AI service providers.

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Krazee is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

Certain features require paid subscriptions or usage credits.

Credits:

  • Represent a prepaid license to access compute resources and Services.
  • Have no cash value.
  • Are non-transferable unless expressly permitted.
  • May expire if stated at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees associated with your subscription or purchases.

10. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, purchases of subscriptions and usage credits are non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly so we can review your request.

11. Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services may occasionally experience:

  • Maintenance
  • Downtime
  • Delays
  • Errors
  • Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue portions of the Services without liability.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Create security risks.
  • Fail to pay applicable fees.
  • Use the Services in a manner that harms Krazee or other users.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations that accrued before termination.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAZEE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY
  • RELIABILITY
  • AVAILABILITY

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAZEE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • SPECIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS
  • LOSS OF REVENUE
  • LOSS OF DATA
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO KRAZEE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krazee, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your infringement of another person's rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Krazee regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter.
